We have solved the server issue, and we’re now conducting a rigorous QA test to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
To secure the testing time period, we have decided to extend the maintenance by 2 hrs, with an expected end time at 14:00 UTC / 23:00 KST
(Maintenance ended at 12:02 UTC on 13th Aug)
Subscribers will have their subscription period extended to reflect the time taken for the emergency maintenance.
This will be done on 14th Aug
