Creative Reference: Creative Reinterpretation of Existing Images

Check out the new Creative Reference feature, which goes beyond simple image referencing, allowing AI to creatively interpret and reimagine images.

:red_question_mark:What is Creative Reference?

Creative Reference is a feature that, while based on a reference image, does not simply copy the original. Instead, AI creatively interprets it to reconstruct a completely new image.
In other words, this feature aims to “expand creative reinterpretation and visual imagination,” rather than just copying existing styles or making simple modifications.

:red_question_mark:When is it useful?

  • When you wish to change an existing image into a new style, vibes, or even a new structure
  • When you wish to imagine various versions of characters, backgrounds, or worldviews
  • When you wish to try different variations of styles, compositions, or structures based on your own references.
  • When you need to expand ideas for creative work or for visual brainstorming.

:sparkles:How to Use Creative Reference

1. Go to [Creative Reference]

2. Upload a reference image

  • You can upload various types of images such as characters, backgrounds, or objects.

3. Enter an additional text prompt

  • Describe the image you want to regenerate based on the uploaded image.
  • You can specify a particular style, atmosphere, or an element.
(ex: “like a cyberpunk city”, “like a medieval forest queen”)

4. Set aspect ratio

  • Set your desired image ratio.
    • 2:3: Images with a large vertical ratio, such as mobile vertical backgrounds or characters.
    • 1:1: Images with a 1:1 ratio, such as characters, objects, or icons.
    • 3:2: Images with a long horizontal shape, such as backgrounds.

5. Click [Generate]

  • The AI will analyze the original and generate new creative interpretations as outputs.
